Is the paranormal promoting Witchcraft?

I’m not really sure how to bring this up. People have the right to their opinion and their beliefs. But I just came across this and I’m not sure if I should laugh or not. In one sense it seems like quite a publicity stunt to show absurdity by being absurd. But then I began to think, what if this isn’t a joke? Currently, I’m left scratching my head. I’m a little startled and a little confused.

Has anyone else come across this rather unusual discussion?

Actually this is for real. This isn’t the first Bible-thumping church I’ve seen that equates any involvement with the paranormal as witchcraft or delving into the occult. There is a great fear of the paranormal for some hardcore Christians. I’ve also been told by some Christians that ghosts don’t exist, and you’re contacting demons when you do EVPs and such. So yeah, this article is really no different than what I’ve read before.

I guess I fell for it then :) Thanks for the link Sharon! Oh well, good to see they’re just stirring things up. Too bad they didn’t hold that one back until the 1st of April.
